What is Shopaneer.com?Shopaneer is an online coupon and deal provider that was created to provide consumers with an easy way to save money while shopping at online stores, as well as, provide merchants with a way to attract new customers and increase sales.
How do I use Shopaneer.com?
Shopaneer is very simple to use. On the left side of every page there is a navigation bar. To find coupons, you can either search for a store, click on the first letter of the store to bring up all the stores that begin with that letter, or search for a coupon by category.
Does it cost anything to use Shopaneer.com?
You do not have to pay anything to use our site.
Who do I talk to if I am having problems with my order?
Please contact the seller that you purchased the item from. We do not have any information about your order.

Coupons – The Questions Below are Related to the Coupon Section
The coupon area has 2 sections: coupon search and coupons.How do I search for a coupon?
If you have a store name or coupon name then type it in the "Coupon Search" search box on the left. Some examples of searches may include "Dell," "10% off," or "Free Shipping". You can also search for coupons by store letter, category, or date. On the search results page you can sort the results by relevance, store name, or date.
What are hot coupons?
Be sure to check out the "Hot Coupons" section or look for any coupons with a red flame beside it. These coupons are handpicked and are considered great coupons.
Coupon information:
The coupon itself includes the deal, store name, restrictions, coupon code, date, description, and sometimes there will be a picture on the right side. Click on the deal to be redirected to the store’s website. You can click on the store name for more information about that store.
What is a coupon code?
Some coupons may have a coupon code. To use the coupon code click on the deal link and you will be redirected to the store’s website. When you are ready to purchase your items and checkout, you will see a box that says “coupon code,” “promo code,” “promotional code,” or something similar on the store’s checkout page. Type in the coupon code in this box and then check to see if you have received the discount.
What if there is no coupon code?
Just click on the deal link and you will be redirected to the store's website and the deal should automatically be applied.
What if the coupon does not work?
We recommend that you do not finish the checkout and complete your order. Here are a couple of things to check:
Make sure you clicked on the correct deal link and typed in the coupon code correctly. (if applicable)
Make sure you have followed the details and restrictions of the deal.
Make sure the deal has not expired.
If you have followed everything above and the coupon still does not work then please contact us and provide us with the coupon information that you are having difficulty with.
We add new coupons multiple times throughout the day. Be sure to check the coupon section regularly to get the latest coupons.

What is the share button for?While you are looking at products and coupons you may see a share button.
The share button allows you to share the product or deal with your friends.
How do I use the share feature?
Simply click on the share button and a small window will popup. Fill in the information and the deal will be shared with your friends.
Do you share my or my friends email address?
No. Your information is never shared. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

How do I add a store?
There are 2 options for adding a store.
1. You have an affiliate program. Let us know by either inviting us to the program or telling us about it here.
2. If you do not have an affiliate program you can add a store here.

How do I get points?You can get points by either sharing new coupons, adding new stores, or inviting friends. You get 2 points for each approved coupon, 5 points for each approved store, and 10 points for each friend that accepts your invitation. There is a limit of 4 inviation approvals per ip address to prevent one from inviting a large number of one time use emails to artificially increase points. Points for friend invitations are awarded after the friends first login. How do I get awards?
You can get awards by earning points. Various point levels have awards attached to them. You will receive these awards automatically.
Social Deals
Social Deals are huge discounts, between 20 – 95% Off, offered by merchants exclusively to Shopaneer. What make these deals social is there needs to be a minimum number of customers to make a deal active. Be sure to tell everyone you know, especially your friends, family and next door neighbors, about your amazing deal.
How to Participate in Social Deals?
You can find Shopaneer's Social Deals here. There, you will see a list of the latest deals you can participate in. Each Social Deal is only offered for 1 week, so if you find a deal you just cannot live without, be sure to purchase it before it's too late! After you purchase your Social Deal, you will receive a Social Deal voucher which you then print off and redeem. Remember, there is a minimum number of customers required to activate the Social Deal, so tell everyone!
I am a Merchant. How do I Create a Social Deal?
It is very easy to create a Social Deal. Simply visit the Social Deals section of the member's area. There are 2 requirements to create a deal. The first is your store must be listed on Shopaneer. The second is you need to claim your store on Shopaneer. The steps listed in the member's area will show you how to do this. There is no cost of having your store listed on Shopaneer. When you are ready, create a Social Deal, submit it, and we will activate it as soon as possible.
What Does a Social Deal Cost a Merchant?
It is completely FREE to run a Social Deal! In-fact, we send you a check when the deal ends! When a customer purchases a Social Deal, we take a small commission and send the rest to you. **
What can I Expect From my Social Deal?
Your Social Deal lasts for 1 week. During that time, your deal may be viewed by thousands of potential customers. We also send your deal to everyone on our mailing list. When customers purchase your Social Deal, they will receive a voucher that can be printed and used in-store or online (merchant's choice). Each voucher has a unique code. You will also be able to see all the voucher codes in the member's area. A customer can then redeem the voucher(s), where you will then apply the savings to their bill.
